Here's a lovely tutorial to show how to make miniature mussels. It helps if you have a picture/image of some cooked mussels to hand as you make; and don't forget you can click on the album to see it as a larger screen (top right); and you can pause each image as you watch. If you can't get the album to 'go larger' when you click the icon top right - try pressing and holding your keypad button 'Ctrl' - which is normally bottom left of your keyboard, as you click on the enlarge icon - that should do it!
